Grand Haven Realty is a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors. The company’s sole focus is handling real estate at Grand Haven and the team knows this master planned community better than anyone.
Company president Jim Cullis has been involved with the development of Grand Haven since coming to Palm Coast in 1997. He has been instrumental in every aspect of the design and construction of the community as the development executive with Lowe Enterprises and LandMar Group. He lives in Flagler Beach and is active in many organizations across the county.
Sterling Colee is the Broker and Manager. He has been active in the Flagler County Association of Realtors for many years and was formerly Broker and Vice President of Hammock Sotheby’s International Realty. Sterling is joined by a team of highly professional Realtors, including several of who have been sales representatives at Grand Haven for over 10 years.
